Better Collective was founded in 2004 by Jesper Søgaard and Christian Kirk Rasmussen as a start-up company. Today, Better Collective has more than 300 employees, with offices in seven European countries – Denmark, Serbia, Sweden, Austria, Greece, France, and Poland.
Nis was the first city in which Better Collective opened offices outside of Denmark. From 2016 to the present, a huge success has been achieved. Now, there are more than 80 employees in Nis and the plan is to double this number.
