Almost 10 years ago I had my first steps into WordPress. At first for me, it was only a platform I could use to create websites.
When I started working as a marketing specialist in a Bulgarian hosting company SuperHosting.BG I got more involved in the community. I understood better the concept behind WordPress and it totally matched my ideology. And I understood that even if I am not a developer I could contribute to WordPress and be an active part of the Community which I love.
In time WordPress became a significant part of my life. Now I am Marketing Relations Manager in DevriX (a WordPress Development Agency). And since DevriX is an active part of the WordPress Community and my colleagues here believe in the same ideology as me, it feels like a family
A WordPress Power User – Contribution and Growth
I am a WordPress power user for almost 10 years since I first learned about WordPress. I have given and taken a lot to become an active part of the Community and to build my name across it. Based on my non-developer experience I will speak about how everyone could work with WordPress and Contribute to it.

Docker, from the beginning to the first pair of containers
“DevOPS, SysOPS, virtualization, containerization, orchestration, automation”. All these terms are heard daily, but we may not fully understand them. Did you know that the “lifting” of the containers is sometimes 100 times less than the virtual machine? Or that the dock container uses as much memory as you allow, so there will be no problem with maximum utilization.
In this short lecture, Nemanja will talk about the differences between the doc and the virtual machine and what is needed to start using the doc. He will also talk about how the Doctor can improve the day-to-day work of the developer, but also speed up the time for the release of the changes. The lecture will be both theoretical and practical, through the console code itself. How to start a dock, download a “picture” of a container, how to pick up the first container, set up a WordPress container, and how to shorten the whole process using the docker-compose.
